FROM THE EAST (eg.Bowmanville): Travel on Highway 2 West which becomes King St., the main east/west thoroughfare in Oshawa. King St turns into a one way street so the road veers to the right and takes you onto Bond St. Proceed on Bond St. west until you come to Gibbons St. and turn left. Go south on Gibbons St. to traffic lights at King St. Proceed straight ahead and this will take you into the Oshawa Centre Mall. The road veers to the right whereupon you take the first left. As you proceed along you will see Staples on your right. Just past Staples you will turn into the parking lot and park. Go into one of the entrances to the mall there and make your way to the Old Navy store. Just to the right of the Old Navy entrance you will see a sign for GoodLife Fitness and our clinic(In GreatHands). Take the stairs down to the GoodLife Fitness Centre and our clinic is adjacent to the Goodlife Fitness front desk. Come right in and the girls at the front desk will be more than happy to assist you. For those who prefer to avoid the stairs simply proceed down the hallway to the right of the Old Navy entrance. At the end of the hallway turn right and you will see the elevator. Once inside push the GoodLife button. As you exit the elevator go right and you will see the GoodLife Fitness front desk. Our clinic entrance is just adjacent to their front desk.
FROM THE WEST(Whitby): Travel east on Dundas St.E. which becomes King St as you get into Oshawa. Drive to Stevenson St.and turn right. Proceed south on Stevenson - you will see the Oshawa Centre Mall on your left. Approximately halfway down the length of the mall turn left and park in the mall parking lot. Make your way to the closest entrance and proceed to the Old Navy store. Refer to instructions above as to clinic location.
FROM THE 401: Exit off Park Rd. and proceed north on Park to Elmgrove St. Turn left onto Elmgrove and proceed straight ahead - you will soon see the Oshawa Centre Mall in front of you. Park in the parking lot in front of the mall and make your way to the closest entrance. See above as to clinic location once inside the mall.

As you are driving in to the North end of Simcoe you will come to the intersection of Hwy 24(Norfok St. N. – Simcoe’s main North and South street) and Hwy 3(Queensway Dr.W.). Turn right onto Hwy 3(Queensway Dr) and travel west to the first traffic lights. Turn left here onto Queen St. and proceed South on Queen St. to West St.(2nd lights). Our office is located on northeast corner of Queen and West Sts. Rose-Le Studio is next door to the east. The West St. Medical Centre and Walk In Clinic is across the street and Norfolk General Hospital is less than a block away on West. St. Parking is off Queen St. in back behind our clinic.

FROM THE NORTH: Come in on Hwy 19S into Tillsonburg. Hwy 19S becomes Broadway St.,the main street of Tillsonburg. Take Broadway right into the downtown area and turn right on Washington Grand Avenue and then your 2nd left onto Bidwell St.(old First Baptist Church is on corner). Our new clinic is on 93 Bidwell and is called All Ways Natural Health and Wellness Centre. It is the 3rd building from the old First Baptist Church. There is FREE parking out front on the street, or in the public parking lot across the street or if you wish, behind the clinic. FROM THE EAST: Come in on Hwy 3W and exit onto Simcoe St. Proceed up to Broadway St.(the main street of Tillsonburg) and turn right. Continue on Broadway to Ridout St and turn left. Go 2 short blocks to Bidwell and turn right. Proceed to our NEW LOCATION on 93 Bidwell. Look for our clinic sign - All Ways Natural Health and Wellness Centre. FROM THE WEST: Take John Pound Rd. off Hwy 3E to Broadway St. On Broadway, turn left onto Ridout St., go 2 short blocks to Bidwell St and turn rt. Proceed a short distance to our NEW clinic All Ways Natural Health and Wellness Centre on 93 Bidwell.
